Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Tejendra Builders for construction, and renovation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree with these terms of service, you must not proceed with the services.

Scope of Services

Tejendra Builders agrees to provide construction, renovation, design, or other related services as outlined in the signed contract or proposal. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Client Responsibilities

 The Client agrees to:

• Client accurate and complete information required for the project.
• Obtain necessary permits, approvals, or permissions unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Ensure the worksite is accessible and safe for the company team
• Make timely payments as per the agreed payment schedule.

Changes to the Project

Any changes to the project scope, design, or materials must be requested in writing.
Additional costs or delays resulting from changes will be communicated to the client for approval before proceeding.

Project Timeline

• Tejendra Builders will provide an estimated timeline for the project.
• Delays caused by the client's unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, supply chain issues), or changes to the scope of work may extend the timeline.

The company will make reasonable efforts to complete the project on time but does not guarantee exact completion dates.
